oil weight/rating/type/change intervals?

What oil weight are you using?
Is it JASO MA rated?
What brand?
Regular petroleum or synthetic blend or full synthetic?
Change interval......time or mileage?

I use 10W40 Lucas Synthetic in mine.
Change it once a year, maybe twice depending on how much i ride in a season.
Seasons not very long here in canada.

Usually Castrol Racing 10w40. I change oil and filter every 3,000 miles.
