Hello. Anyone got any ideas why my 1000K1 has started shaking itself from front to back when crossing white lines and cats eyes at anything over 50mph? It's never done it before. I've checked the rear wheel is straight and the fork oil has been changed. I had quite a moment on it in May when I nearly lost it exiting a roundabout in the wet. It got seriously out of shape but it somehow stayed upright. It's never felt the same since. Don't know if something has moved while I was wrestling with it. Also the front wheel seems to try and turn slightly on it's own at slow speeds! Any advice will be very welcome.

Have you lost a wheel weight?

Might be worth seeing if you can borrow a front paddock stand and give the wheel a turn and see if you can notice any dents or buckles in it.

I've got one so I'll have to check the front end out. I'll also put the suspension back to standard settings and see what that does. I didn't hit anything when I nearly binned it. I don't use it much so it could be the new fork oil isn't sitting well with the settings. Cheers.
