I say good with a pinch of salt, I think they play on the fact they are the only motorcycle shop for miles, so are quite expensive, but do a good job. I took my SRAD there a few years back because it wasn't charging, they quickly found the fault, kept me informed what was going on.
They have a fair size accessories section, so are good for going to try things on like jackets etc, but again... expect to pay top dollar.
Decent selection of 2nd hand bikes, however they don't allow test rides (either that or they didn't like me) the response I got was if you don't like it, bring it back.
