Most likely it's a K5 that didn't sell in 2005. My '99 SRAD is on a V plate (2000) for the same reason. I can only imagine the nomenclature hasn't clicked with you. K5 was the 2005 model, K6 2006 etc so if it is a K5 then no it won't have the same features as a K6/K7 as it's a different model...

I believe there were also changes to the guides and tensioner blade with the '99 so you might want to check those as well

Not looking good I'm afraid. Originals were screen printed apparently and reproducing on a PC is not likely to get an exact match so I'm told. It's frustrating because I just feel in my water there must be a way to achieve this. Will update with any developments. Are you after any in particular...

Does anyone know of a company or equipment that could scan the OEM decals whilst they are on the bike? Alternatively does anyone have a set of decals for a '99 SRAD 750 in the black and silver colour scheme (H3P) ?

The 750s have steering damper mount in that location don't know for sure about the 600s

First guess is that you've still got a blockage/damage in the pilot jet system.

I take it you're talking about the rubber buffer that fits over the swingarm? Has the bike been lowered or jacked up? How have you set the chain tension?

I don't know this bike in particular but from the sound of it you're saying that clearance increases away from the correct position as detailed in the manual. That can't make the clearance tight. You say the cam is worn, sounds like the root of your problem and you'll be loosing valve lift and...

Isn't it in the manual? Failing that check the parts lists on somewhere like Robinsons or CMSNL that should give you what you want
