Sweet. some USD forks, I forgot the SRAD doesn't come with them. Will they just go on with no modifications?

Why are you changing the swingarm?

The front end will more or less go straight on, a nut and bolt job. The SRAD wheel will fit but the brakes dont quite line up but a bit of a fettle and shes good to go.
Same with the front spindle, its not quite right and the easy option is a GSXR1000 spindle but as i havent got one i will "engineer" it to fit.
the steering lock wont work yet but next time i have the fairing off i can sort that little issue.
The swing arm is a K1 item instead of the usual 750 SRAD conversion. The reason is a braced arm always looks better but also the bike to me always looked short and the K arm is longer than the SRAD arm.
It is better for handling to have a short wheelbase but i prefer the look of the K arm.
Should have some pics up the eve.

just found a problem this morning at 06:00 riding home from work. The roads were dry and the sun was out so i gave it some kosh and realized the suspension must have been set up by a pogo-stick technician. It all over the place. Fixable but needs quite a bit of set up.

Just set up the suspension. Set up the SAG at front and rear for my weight and set the damping just enough to stop it bouncing and its made a world of difference.
will set the compression when i have rode it for a few miles to get my head around what else it needs.

Can't be much else you need is there? What are you thinking of doing next?

I was actually meaning what else it needs regards suspension set up but overall you are right there is not much else to add to it.
It will be stripped and tidied up a bit such as there are some exposed welds to be redone and i am thinking about redoing the engine mounts in 10mm alloy
but i think this will be next winter now as i want to be riding through the summer.
