Won't rev past 4000rpm

Hey. My k7 gsxr 600 won't rev past 4000rpm while riding. And pops a bit when coming of the throttle . I have replaced stator and rectifier. Fuel pump, filter, strainer and assembly. The fuel injectors,plugs and coils. New battery etc. it's got full exhaust no catalytic.
Stuffed if I know what else it could be.
It's not throwing no codes.
If anyone had any ideas, id appreciate it.

i had similar symptoms with air intake tube / filter clogged - you have probably checked those, but if not, definitely have a look.

Thanks for your input. I replaced the air filter. With hi flow air filter. I did notice there's 2 drill holes about 2 centemetres at the bottom of my airbox. Do you think that would cause a issue.

secondary throttle body . I disconnected and removed butter fly bike lost a little low end but scream mid top

Hey thanks for your response. I did see a bit about that on YouTube. Wasn't sure if it's easy enough to do. But I'll check it out.
