SRAD Model Type

How do I know what model type my bike is? I have a 1997 750 SRAD, last year of the carburetted models. I have seen model types T/V/W/X. I want to buy a radiator fan switch but am told the fittings are different between model types? Thanks

Should be the same switch, our switch is attached to the radiator where the FI models it is attached to a thermostat housing ( same part #)

If it's a 97 carb, it is a V model
