Hi, I'm from Australia and just picked up a 2003 GSX-R600

Having some troubles with the bike getting hot quickly and randomly. I've tested the thermostat and it seems to work fine. Now I'm think water pump Any other ideas would be much appreciated

At a guess I'd say either the waterpump or an airlock in the system, may just need bleeding. Also I replied to your other post

Good luck with your bike. I miss the year round riding in Oz. Im now living in Scandinavia and the riding season is short!
