new member srad98 not starting

hi everyone
i got my hands on a 1998 750srad last saturday.
owners said the ecm was bad...but i didnt trust his opinion, so i started by first charging the battery then putting it in dealer mode got a code for a bad ignition after playing around that problem was gone.
Dealer mode now is _c00 i know the dash should be in the middle for the tps position. when trying to start the bike it just swings i hear the fuel pump priming and the starter turning but it doesnt start.
Checked dealer mode c11 + c12 Went over the sensor wiring but still nothing...waiting on new sensors + ecm.
I have a manual and read it from cover to cover.

What i want to know is can this be a bad ecm or something else.

any help would be appretiated

So finally figured out what wrong with the srad...

After getting a new ecm + a new cam position senor...that didnt work

Decided to take off the tappet cover ...

Waiting on a a brand spanking new second hand camshaft...

Still waiting on camshaft but decided to order new sprockets and chain...
Going for a DID chain with a 16t/43t sprocket setup

Cam arrived but was for a carb srad sent back.
Got one from another company and same story they sent me a carb cam.
Now have to send this one back as well and hope I get the correct one.

D.i.d chain arrived 525 vx chain and sprockets should get here today just replacements oem sizes.
