new bike classic more power is needed

I just picked up this 03 gsxr 600 in perfect condition with 8,000 miles on it I just got it dyno'd at 110 hp and its fun as hell but not enough. but I wanna push it more. and ideas on how to boost it to around 125 hp without blowin the damn thing up..

Its running pretty well at 110bhp. Another 15bhp is a lot to gain and wont be cheap.
The basics are to start with you must make it breath better and that means free flowing filter and a good quality exhaust.
Once it can get air in and out you can then fit a Power commander. I would suggest you get one from a DynoJet dealer who has facilities to dyno it and build
a map to get somewhere near the figures you want but safe for the engine.

I dont know how close to the 125bhp you will get but there will be gains and any gains in torque as well as bhp are what you will feel with your Butt dyno.
