New bike big problem

Hi all
Need your help I just bought a gsxr 1000 07 plate.
I took it for a ride today along the carriageway it just died no engine, no digital display and I could not get her to start again.. Any ideas guys ??

Not a good start!! If there is no life at all then the battery & terminals would have to be my first placed to visit.
