Ok I was an idiot. I connected battery wrong way round. It blew main 30amp fuse.
Eversince the bike runs ok until you give it the beans. Then it dies like fuel starvation.
I have been checking the secondary injectors, theres no fuel coming out of them, nor a negative pulse to the connector (got battery voltage). But I am checking this by revving it stationary so not too sure if it will show in this state.
My instinct was ECU knackered, I have changed the ECU and it is still the same.
There are no F codes. But if I disconnect the MAP sensor on air box it runs better, But still not right. The MA sensor is showing a variable voltage, 2.2 volts when idling rev it and see 2.7 volts , Connecting a vacuum pump to the MAP and i can see it go thru the range from 2 to about 3.9 volts, So I dont think the sensor is faulty.
ANY IDEAS,
