Greeting chaps and chapesses,
New to the forum and want to introduce myself to you all......................I live in Wigmore in Kent, 45 YO married with 2 daughters in there 20's. Been into bikes since I owned my first one at 7 yo, it runs in the family as my Pa has always had a bike. Currently own 2 MV Agustas, A VFR800, Honda MBX125FE (1983) a quad and of course the SRAD 600. I restore bikes as a hobby and had a few featured, in last months Practical Sportsbike magazine you would have seen me with an RD125LC I recently complete for a friend. Its a great hobby.
So onto the SRAD, I bought as a restoration project and for the wife to ride, having only previous ridden 125's. So over the winter months I stripped to a frame, all new bearings and replacing components as I went along. Its coming to the stage that the chassis is nearly complete and ready to start the bodywork. I have a nice workshop with all the toys like shot blasting cabinet and spray equipment so I can bring to new as I go along. I wanted to get involved with you all as I felt its the best place to get involved with like minded folks as yourselves. I have attached a couple of pics so you can see the build............If you want any other pics let me know I like to share...... hope to speak to you soon....Chris
