Hi can anyone help or shed any light on the issue I am about to outline.
I own a 750k3 which is very well maintained and well looked after. It does however have a weird problem on the front end. It feels at times like it is riding on marbles and can feel a little flighty. At times in bends it has felt like the front wheel is leant over more than the rest of the bike. The tyres are pilot road 2's as I do a lot of commuting. I have noticed a very very small step in the tyre on the right hand side.
The wheels are aligned and the front is perfectly balanced.
New head bearings have been fitted as well as wheel bearings front and rear.
The front discs have had the bobbins replaced by ABE as after a year the new genuine discs bobbing were very loose. The discs are within tolerance.
The Sprint steering damper is also new.
I am running out of idea's. Myself I think it could be down to tyres.
The suspension is all new k tech, apart from a valve kit which has yet to be fitted. K tech also set the suspension up for me.
Any ideas would be welcome as it is an issue that is driving me mad.
