Cylinder head manifold mounting damage

Hello has anyone else come across this problem? See pics!
Manifold to Cylinder head mounting point breaking off!
I have taken this GSXR1100 1989 of my father in law which has the above problem, any suggestions how to fix/repair this are greatly appreciated
