clocks go to 0 and back when riding

Hi, I have a gsxr 600 k1. I was out riding for an hour or so and noticed my speedo went off and my rev counter went to zero, also the temperature gauge went blank all for a second then all kicked back in like normal. This happened a couple of times, Anybody had this same issue??? Help would be much appreciated!!!
I have a meta alarm + immobiliser fitted

Since the bike didn't cut off I doubt the alarm has anything to do with the problem although a connector could have been knocked loose or not reconnected properly when the alarm was installed. Check all of the connectors going to your instruments for a loose one or one not fully locked together.
