Brand new Spark Plug gaps

Just wondering how many of you here check and adjust the gap on new spark plugs before installing? Is this something that must be done for all spark plugs, and if so, what is your preferred method for gap check and adjustment?

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Most new plugs are pre-gapped, but I'm finicky so I check them anyways. Feeler gauges is the best way and the gap on mine is 0.7 – 0.8 mm (0.028 – 0.031 in). The gap on yours is 0.9mm (0.035 in)
