hi guys
bought a gsxr 750 L7 (black and yellow superb colours) new after 25 years of wanting one but never had the money, anyway it came with the Yoshimura end can system, which I love but only sounds great when you rev it or riding at speed, want too remove the baffles but don't know how, watched a YouTube vid earlier and they removed the cat, which I'm sure will not pass an mot or failing that which aftermarket cans do you guys recommend ?

Bikes aren't tested for emissions on the MOT. The cat is fitted for the european market. Bin the cat and release the horsepower!! As for the baffle removal, on most newer yoshi pipes, they're usually held in place by a small allen key bolt(usually near the exit end underneath) depending on the model exhaust. In my opinion I'd be running either a yoshi, or if you wanna change it, a delkevic or black widow

I have the same bike as you with a Yoshi, and I will leave it as it is. In A mode the 150hp is plenty and All bikes are quiet at low revs. If it was loud at low revs it would be stupid loud at high revs which is just a cop attractant. Unfortunately the nature of the beast is, in line 4 cylinder never sound great like a V Twin so what it is, is what it is. You could always ride around in first gear! The colour scheme is great and using plexus on the fairings makes it look showroom clean. Enjoy what you have.
