I have a K4 600 with just over 19,000 kms/12,500 miles. It has been flawless for the 12 years I've had this bike. After taking it out of winter storage and riding for 15 to 20 minutes, one of the cylinders cut out. It would come back in with half throttle as the revs climbed to around 8,000, and would still fire until revs dropped. was running fine on the two rides I took it on.
I have identified which cylinder is the problem, and swapped the coil cap with another cylinder, but that didn't change anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Have you seen the errors from the ECU?

check your spark plugs and its wires for starting.

Thanks.

sorted it out, turns out it was the plug. didn't know they could go in and out like that, my previous bikes being two strokes. when one of those plugs fouls, it doesn't come back.
thanks.
