L series 600 - which quickshifter

Evening chaps and chappettes,

Which quickshifter would you recommend for track days? The bike will also be used on the road but I don't really hammer it there so would still use the clutch.

on my l4 race bike I use the hm super lite very good and even does down shift if you blip the throttle
