K5 front wheel bearing issue

I'm looking for some advice. I had new bearings fitted to my front wheels and I've found that the right bearing with the dust cap sits flush to the alloy face. The left one however sits 3mm inside the alloy from the dust cap. This has caused the left outer face of the caliper to foul the disc. Actually tough the disc. If I rotate the wheel 180 degrees and have the alloy and tyre running backwards it sorts the issue. The wheel and tyre are fitted the correct way. I've checked. Has anyone ever had this issue or heard of it. Could anyone look at their K5 and confirm both bearings and dust seals sit flush to the outer face of the alloy. I have attempted to pull the bearing out with an internal puller, but can't get any purchase behind the bearing. It is hard up against the tubular spacer. Hope you can see what I mean by the pictures. One side sits fine the other is touching.

Sorry pictures are atrocious. With the wheel in place with the axle and spacer in place. The disc touch the outboard inner face of the caliper. Both bearing are 15mm. The mechanic has removed and checked the shoulders. All good. So I have right shoulder 20mm deep and left 23mm deep. Bearing outer to bearing outer is 129mm approx
