High speed bird strike

Was travelling to work the other day at quite high speed, noticed a bird out of the corner of my eye, but then it disappeared. When I got to work noticed some feathers on front of my bike. So investigated further only to find a small bird had passed away inside the airbox. As I am an animal lover I was quite disappointed by this. We held a fitting funeral for the aforementioned bird.
