hi all new to this site came across it as was looking for some advice about my gsxr1000 forks got it brand new in 2020 not got much miles due to work but had to take it back to where i got it from due to fork seal leeking they said its cause fork stantion is damaged but where it is damaged is strange as i have never felt the bike dip that far down to damage the seal i will post the picture of the fork can anyone tell me if its possible for bike ti dip that far down for the seal to get damaged or is the dealer just trying to make £2500 rather than just replace the seal thank you in adavance any help will be greatly appreciated

First of all Welcome! You might want to ask about your fork problem in one of the sections where maintenance issues are discussed. But is that corrosion spots? If so that could have cut your seals. Also is it on both sides or just one?
