Help! My shop broke my lower fairing! What do I do

I brought my bike in to have my tire changed

They put it ok the jack and as I was outside on the phone my shop owner walks over to me with part of my fairing in his hand and shows me where it broke.

It was not my fault, and the fairing was on just fine before I got there

What do I do?
Does a mechanic shop have insurance for these types of things?

Yes they should do. And I would be in handcuffs if it happened to me! They should be replacing the broken parts for free
