Hi just woundering if anyone can help me! Am think of buying gsxr 750 it's 1997 but the person am thinking of buying it of has had it in his garage for two years I've seen the bike it's starts first time. But he has told me it needs a new fuel pump! He said he use to go out on it and after 5 miles the bike would stop like it has ran out of petrol he would turn key of then back on again and it would start again and go another five miles or so then stop again! He's has the carbs of and clean and re-done he also has took tank of and clean it out! But it still does it! Can anyone tell me if it is the fuel pump that's needs changing? Or is it something else!
