Hi there, new member here looking for some advice and info.
The chain on my recently bought K8 750 snapped and has caused some pretty serious damage, notably a hole roughly 1.5" x 1" in the crank case, as well as damaging the water pump case, various other things too but the engine is obviously the major issue.
I'm unsure of the best course of action to be honest, if replacing the crank case is feasible, or a full engine replacement is the better option, but pricey. Or cut my losses and sell as it is or for parts.
Also, if anyone could point me in the direction of info on compatible 750 engines that fit my frame, I'm assuming K8-10 model but it's unclear online if any others are compatible.
