Best oil/ filter combo?

Hi everyone,

Any thoughts on best oil and filter combo for a GSXR1000K2.

Waiting for a manual so wanted to get some good advice.

I use shell ax7 semi, its one of the cheapest oils per 1 litre bottle on ebay but is a very good oil, and a k&n oil filter off ebay also.
