    2017 Owners Manual

I have a 2019 GSX-R750 Owners Manual in pdf that is 8.6 MB, too big to attach. Is there a way I can upload to this forum and make it available for anyone interested?

    Help please? :)

It's over 20 years old so it's highly likely the TPS wiper has worn through, making it intermittent. You could check it by measuring the voltage at the wiper with the ignition on, but no running. If you move the throttle smoothly from closed to wide open the wiper voltage should vary smoothly...

    Fitting a K8-L0 Front wheel to an L1 750

The sleeves drawing in case someone else wants to do it. Material is 6061-T651 [7075 would be better, but I didn't have any in round bar] 2 digit numbers are millimetres, 3 & 4 digit numbers are thousandths of an inch - because my lathe is Imperial.

    Fitting a K8-L0 Front wheel to an L1 750

It fits. The axle now protrudes 2mm & is a slightly more snug fit than on the L1 wheel. The nut fully engages the thread & it pulled up to 100 N.m no problem.

    Fitting a K8-L0 Front wheel to an L1 750

The L0 front wheel fits perfectly in position with the L1 axle in place & calipers installed. The rotors line up nicely within the calipers. So no issues with the caliper/rotor positions. The L0 seals are 32x52x7.5 while the L1 seals are 28x44x7, & there IS a 28x52x7 seal, so that would work...

    Fitting a K8-L0 Front wheel to an L1 750

I have a L1 track bike and a spare L0 front& rear wheel & need wheels for the rain tyre. I posted the following on gixxer.com and thought it might be of some interest here as well The front measurements:- the L1 axle is 22.2 mm dia, 3 mm smaller than the L0. The distance between rotors is 1.5...

    Handlebar conversion

@Gsxblue I don't know your health status, but when I start feeling wrist & neck pain I think about increasing my core and neck muscle strength rather than changing the bike. If your core is strong enough you won't need to hold yourself up with your wrists - putting unwanted input into the bars...

    G'day from Oz

This is the first Suzuki I owned. A GS750 bought new in 1977. We assembled it in our living room. So the one in my shed is a direct descendant and only the second Suzy I've owned.

    G'day from Oz

I picked up a GSX-R750 K2 a couple of weeks ago. It's only got 17,000 kms on the clock, but the speed sensor was disconnected at least 15 years ago when it was striped and transformed into a track bike. It was dropped at turn 5 at Wakefield Park just before i bought it. The owner decided that...
