Sorry my bad.
I confused with something else.
Try to check the pumps "Power source lead wire" (Yellow with red tracer) from the ECM.
Or try to check all wires to the pump relay.
Maybe there some oxidation somewhere, once I had an oxidized fuse caused something like this.
Do you turn on the ignition and it pumps, then stop pumping, and pumps again again?
Maybe the pressure regulator in the pump.
But there may be a hole fuel line, or one of the injectors stuck open.
You may want to remove the air filter housing and check the injectors when you turn on the...
Can you measure fuel pressure?
Because the voulme can be OK, but the pressure can be not enough.
Also once i had switched the STVA cables by mistake,
and when i try to accelerate harder the bike was bogging,
i switched the cables back and everything was good.
You will need the TL ECU to use with the TL engine. And a GSXR ECU to use the GSXR engine.
If the ECU pinout is different you cant switch the wiring harness between them.
I would try to find a GSXR wiring and ECU, they are cheap for these old bikes
I see a small chance that the cabling and electronics would be interchangeable.
I'll check later to see if I have a TL 1000S service book.
From there, you can compare the circuit diagram with the SRAD drawing.
I have used 195/65 KR108 MS02, 200/60 SuperbikeSC2, 200/655 V02 Medium, 195/55 D211 tires at the racetrack all of them was very good on the OEM 6" RIM.
The worst size was the original 190/50 flat profile tire...
No idle? Maybe clogged injectors.
Or check the fuel pump, although it occurs at high rpm not at idle, if it cant deliver enough.
Or the easiest, a very dirty air filter.
I would also check the valve clearance and the timing chain/tensioner if the history is unknown.
Whats your bike model and year?
If its a 00-03 750 then the (Y/G)Yellow wire with Green tracer to the starter relay.
Thats the wire that comes from the start button.
Unless you are doing racing and trackdays its unnoticable.
Also a 520 chain has much sorter life then a 530.
If you want better acceleration, buy one tooth smaller front, and one tooth larger rear sprockets.
Try to find OEM fairings because the Chinese(Aliexpress, eBay) complete sets are nowhere near as good the original ones.
They are made from cheap thin plastic, and sometimes they are not dimensionally accurate.
I would buy an original even if I have to collect the necessary pieces one by one.
According to JT-s catalog
You need an 530 chain witch is 108 in lenght.
Recommend to buy D.I.D. ZVMX.
Sprockets recommended brand JT / RK / Sunstar
Front 15 Teeth JTF513
Rear 42 Teeth JTR816
